Shipping policy

Hey there! Here’s how our shipping works!

We ship all orders from Karachi, Pakistan, using Leopards Courier, and currently deliver nationwide.

We usually dispatch your order within 2-3 working days (we rest on Sundays 💤).

Once it’s out, you’ll get a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

• Under 2 kg: arrives in 2-5 business days
• Over 2 kg: takes around 5-7 business days

Shipping costs Rs. 200 on all orders.

Sometimes, we run free delivery offers on a minimum spend, you’ll see it in our announcement bar when it’s live.

Occasionally, parcels can be delayed due to strikes, weather, or holidays, but we always aim to get your order to you ASAP.

If your tracking hasn’t moved for 3–5 business days, we’ll count it as lost and send a replacement right away.
