1. What is The Minimal?
The Minimal is a clothing brand focused on clean, timeless essentials. We create premium everyday basics designed to be easy to style, comfortable to wear, and built to last.
2. What makes your products different?
Our pieces are designed around fit, fabric quality, and simplicity. Instead of loud graphics and fast fashion, we focus on neutral tones, structured fits, and long-term wearability, essentials that elevate your everyday outfits.
3. Are your items unisex?
Yes. Most of our pieces are designed with a universal fit and can be styled by anyone. Look for "(Unisex)" in product names.
📦 Orders
4. How do I place an order?
Simply select your size, add the item to cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your details and confirm the order you will receive a confirmation message/email shortly after.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
6. I didn’t receive a confirmation. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If you still haven’t received it, contact us with your name and number and we’ll confirm your order manually.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
7. How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days nationwide (may vary slightly depending on city and order weight).
8. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we offer nationwide delivery.
9. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp and/or email.
10. What if I’m not available at delivery?
The courier will attempt delivery once more, then it will be returned back. You can also contact the courier directly using your tracking number, if you contact them before it has started returning, they will be able to get it delivered again.

11. What payment methods do you offer?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Direct Bank Transfer.
12. Is there any advance payment?
Yes, only if chosen Bank Transfer.

13. How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our size chart available on the product page. If you prefer an oversized look, we recommend sizing up.
14. What if the size doesn’t fit me?
You can request an exchange within the exchange period as long as the item is unused and in original condition.

15. Do you offer returns?
We currently offer exchanges only, not refunds, unless the product received is defective.
16. How many days do I have for an exchange?
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
17. What items are eligible for exchange?

18. Who pays the delivery charges for exchange?
The customer covers courier charges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
19. What if I received a damaged or wrong product?
Contact us within 24 hours with pictures and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
