🖤 No Returns. Exchange Only
We currently don’t offer returns or refunds, but you can exchange eligible items within the time frame below.
✨ Eligibility for Exchange
• Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• If the item looks worn, damaged, or altered, we may have to deny the exchange.
• Exchanges depend on product availability.
🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items
Some things can’t be exchanged, including:
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards
⚡ Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement as soon as possible.
📨 How to Request an Exchange
1. Contact us using any of the 3 ways that are mentioned in our contact information at the footer of the website.
2. If your item qualifies, we’ll send you the return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange right away.
💸 Shipping Responsibility
• Customers cover the return shipping cost, unless the exchange is due to an error on our end (like receiving the wrong size or product).
• We’re not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return shipping.
Once we receive your item, it’ll go through a quick quality check. We’ll email you once that’s done to confirm whether your exchange has been approved.
If approved, your replacement item will be on its way soon after. If not, we’ll send the original item back to you.
